This is important information about sports physicals for the upcoming school year. Physicals will be held on June 16 from noon to 4:00 PM in the Tyler Consolidated High School gym area — walk-ins are welcome. A second session will be held on June 19 from 8:00 AM to noon at the office of Dr. Gary and Amanda Nichols, located at Wetzel County Hospital. These are by appointment only. Physical forms must be signed by a parent or guardian before the physical can be performed. Forms are available at wvssac.org or can be picked up at Tyler Consolidated.
