All candidates should submit an up-to-date list of training completed to be considered during the selection process and evaluations completed during the most recent two (2) years.
All training information and evaluations need to be submitted by the deadline listed on the posting for submitting documentation. If you fail to submit documentation by the listed deadline, none will be requested or considered.
Please note that a digital signature is accepted on all forms except recommendation forms. Upon hiring, a wet-ink signature will be collected.
